"I ordered a heater from them and paid for it with my credit card. After about 3 or 4 days they called and said they have not shipped it because their computer system did not charge me for shipping. There site says free shipping. Even if it didn't, I already paid and completed the sale with them. They demanded I pay $10 more for shipping or they would cancel the sale.

Time before I bought from them was a good experience, this time left a bad taste in my mouth.
Demanding more after the sale was completed is not the way to treat a customer. It would seem they could pay the $10 to keep a happy customer.
