Alpine kept me informed of the shipping status and expected arrival time at my home. "Excellent service and timely delivery But when it came time to install it was somewhat of a nightmare. The install instructions were not very clear and when installing the cap over vent tube and air tube the instructions were not at all what needed to be done. But I got it figured out and when all is said and done the furnace is perfect for what has to be heated, so I still think it was a excellent purchase. "
