"was a little disappointed with shipping communication was told several times that my order would ship that day or next day and never received the e-mail confirmation. Then after ?? phone calls (Friday) I was told furnace showed it would be shipped that day and that I would receive an order confirmation Friday night night never received e-mail confirmation that night Monday came called again Alpine said "sorry your order never got on the truck Friday it should be going out today and you should have it delivered Thurs. Monday afternoon came had a voicemail from R&L carriers and my shipment was delivered Tuesday?? Upon receiving my invoice it showed it shipped on Oct.9th??? Why was I being told all along that it HAD NOT been shipped? Anyway in the end I am happy I received my shipment when I did "
