"It may not be Alpine's fault. More like the delivery company. Time frame was not only an 8 hour period, which I remained at home for delivery, but actual delivery was later, at which time I had already told the company I could not be home. It was their time frame, not mine. They told me; I wasn't asked about convenience. Okay. I dealt wit that. But like I said, they didn't deliver when promised and it caused a problem having help to move the unit to the proper location. Maybe not a huge issue to some, but a day's delay for me. "

I was told that I needed to pay for all shipping: pay to return the ones I bought by mistake and pay for the right kind that I will buy. These are in addition to the shipping i paid in the first place. I would have paid about $60 on all shipping. Although it is my fault to have bought wrong items, their return policy makes me not use this company again. "
