It was sent to my rural address in an 18-wheeler, fedex delivery, and he refused to drive the truck up the driveway. After a dispute, he finally used his tow dolly to bring it up the lane, a very long uphill lane. Fedex is probably following policy. Shipper should have known not to send a furnace via Fedex, since all large orders on a skid will come on a semi."
