"I discussed by email the requirements for replacing the evaporator coil on my R-22 system. I ordered the coil - and the instructions differed from what I was told.
I was then told I needed to order another part specific to R-22 installations. This was my original question that was discussed prior to ordering the coil, and the answer was misleading/incorrect."

I will say customer service was very helpful in this matter but the problem was not found until someone went to physically pull the order for shipment now I have an unhappy customer and will be late with the project"
