But what I received was only the bulbs, the bulbs without a handle on the end as pictured in the link. I tried to extract the old bulbs from the handle only to have them break free. Come to find out the end of the bulbs had been cemented into the handle. The cement/glue was impossible to remove so I'm stuck with two new bulbs and no handle to put them in!!!

I contacted Alpine by phone on May 27 and was told someone would be contacting me either by email or phone by the end of that day. So far no phone call and no email. Please explain.
