The original was mis-entered, but when I contacted a representative, the misstake was corrected and my bank was reimbursed promptly. The order was shipped by two shippers, Fed-Ex and UPS. The order for ONE thermostate became four thermostates. I contacted you immediately for instructions to correct this error. I was told that you were shipping a replacement thermostate (?) and was instructed to return the shipment of 4 thermostates. I was a little disappointed that the description failed to mention that it was swivel mount and needed special caulk to seal the swivel ball, or I would have added some to the order. now I will have to find some locally because the shipping for a tube will be far more than the cost of the sealer."

"We purchased a Goodman GMVC950453BX 46,000/32,000 BTU Furnace, 95% Efficiency, 2-Stage Burner, 1,200 CFM Variable Speed Blower, Upflow/Horizontal Flow Application to replace our 1964 (!) furnace. Because we moved the furnace out of our walkout basement laundry room and into an unheated storage area of the basement we also purchased a return air plenum, supply air plenum, a sheet metal transition kit, an Aprilaire 2410 air handler and a Honeywell TH6220D1028 FocusPro 6000 thermostat. At the same time we also removed our old tank water heater and put in a new Rheem outdoor tankless water heater. All this activity in the dead of winter took 3 of us 2 days to do and we are very happy with the results so far. Our old heater had been nursed along by rebuilding the motor and working on the fan 2-3 times each winter and it was giving the screaming bearings of death... it is amazing how quiet the new setup is!"
