Package was due to be delivered Friday and they claimed the weather was too bad between Lexington, KY airport and my home 100 miles away all clear dry interstate hwy and clear 2 lane clear, dry, road to my house. They were to deliver it to me today 12/6/14 and the weather was supposed to be much worse than Friday. I arranged to have it delivered to the UPS center 15 miles away. No one there had a clue or could find it until I accessed my email on their computer. Not the "on the ball, efficient", organization I always admired."

In fact, they forced me to waste my time for over an hour to deal with ludicrous call my credit company asking to add the "alternate shipping address" when in fact credit company told that business address do not need to be added because by default it is an allowed shipping address!! Go figure. Anyway I ended up cancelling the order, and went with another dealer for 10% cheaper :-)"
