"It took 11 days to deliver. Delivery was to end of driveway only. Had to unload out of back of semi trailer. If unit was much heavier or if I was weaker this would have been a major problem."
"The order came very quickly but it was the wrong item. It was not like the picture of the item I ordered. The bracket was wrong and the plug was the wrong one but we combined it with the piece that we were replacing and were able to make it work.
