"i was told by your expert Bryan that the HTP-c drip pan would fit my coil i gave him the dimensions and was told that it would fit WRONG now i got stuck with paying for ups shipment for some thing i was told would fit i believe that you should fire that bryan for making me believe that the product would fit even after i told him my dimensions from my old drip pan what would make me happy is to have shipping charges refunded also and take it from Bryans check that should teach him not to give false informationor just lie to make a sale ..... very dissatisfied"
