"We ordered 4 air conditioning units with you. I have had to go back 3 different times and order additional parts for these air conditioners after we discovered they were not included. These include the sleeve, grill, and power cord. I ordered an identical air conditioner (same model #) from a different company back in April and all of these were included. Very disappointed with the final price on these after I've had to go back and pay shipping and order parts 3 different times. We will not be ordering with you again. "
