"Seeing as my home central air unit had given up the ghost, I was forced to find a good price on a new unit to keep my home cool. After a week of searching, I came across the Alpine Home Air website, which offered free shipping and great prices on the parts I needed.

On top of the great prices came outstanding customer service. I've never had to source all of the parts for a central air unit on my own. A few calls to customer service, and they had me on my way and confident that I was buying everything I would need to complete the install, short of a license to handle refrigerant. Of course, they also offered to contact multiple HVAC technicians in my local area in order to get the final start up procedure and validate the warranty of the system.

The packaging and shipping was top notch. I ordered it on Wednesday and had it at my house on the upcoming Friday. Everything looked flawless, carefully wrapped and packed. Complete with instructions on what to look for in regards to products damaged in shipping.

On top of that, they included a great video which gives you a clear idea of what to do and how to legally install the product they are shipping.

I haven't had any issues with them and if I do have any issues down the road, I'm extremely confident that they will be more than willing to work with me.

In my opinion, it's a top notch company and if I EVER need to buy HVAC equipment again, they will be getting my business.

"good price, fast shipping, great product, with excellent communication from shipper. It arrived the day they told me and the driver gave me a heads up call. Slid the shrink wrapped palletized Fedders 12KW mini-split off the truck and right into the back of my cargo van. Got it installed and it's silently coolng my living room in the 110 degree TX heat....and at 22 SEER gotta be saving the electric costs.
Bought another one since the price was so good, really had planned to buy a 9KW unit for my off-grid remote west TX cabin, but they sold out of that size Fedders, other brands available but not at the low over-stocked Fedders price. you snooze you lose.

"Unit arrived incomplete(wiring harness, full drip line) with no options on their site for purchasing the 'accessories'/missing parts. Items arrived palletized but there was quite a bit of packaging damage which had to have occurred before palletizing. Small dent on unit and working condition unknown as I still have to acquire parts. Sent notification of the damage and missing accessories to AA C/S but didn't hear back for several days. Sent another email in response to a request for feedback. Finally heard back about a week later telling me I could find the parts at Lowes and no mention of the lack of information on the product page or the delay in responding, etc. Overall, about a C + on the whole experience. "

"The video doesn't include everything you need to know about installation. Had an inspector point out many things that were not "to code" but was not aware of this based on the video. Now we have to pay someone to reinstall everything which puts us out another $2k."

"Ordered a heatpump on july 27th. Expected ship date is now August 10th on back order. They were very apologetic about the backorder but the manufacturer was out of that model. All in all can't beat the prices or customer support."

"It was excellent. When one of the two boxes came damaged, Alpine customer service was great to work with. They immediately sent out a replacement for the two filters that were damaged in that box. I have no complaints what so ever! I will definitely do business with them again."
