"Seeing as my home central air unit had given up the ghost, I was forced to find a good price on a new unit to keep my home cool. After a week of searching, I came across the Alpine Home Air website, which offered free shipping and great prices on the parts I needed.
On top of the great prices came outstanding customer service. I've never had to source all of the parts for a central air unit on my own. A few calls to customer service, and they had me on my way and confident that I was buying everything I would need to complete the install, short of a license to handle refrigerant. Of course, they also offered to contact multiple HVAC technicians in my local area in order to get the final start up procedure and validate the warranty of the system.
The packaging and shipping was top notch. I ordered it on Wednesday and had it at my house on the upcoming Friday. Everything looked flawless, carefully wrapped and packed. Complete with instructions on what to look for in regards to products damaged in shipping.
On top of that, they included a great video which gives you a clear idea of what to do and how to legally install the product they are shipping.
I haven't had any issues with them and if I do have any issues down the road, I'm extremely confident that they will be more than willing to work with me.

Items arrived palletized but there was quite a bit of packaging damage which had to have occurred before palletizing. Small dent on unit and working condition unknown as I still have to acquire parts. Sent notification of the damage and missing accessories to AA C/S but didn't hear back for several days. Sent another email in response to a request for feedback. Finally heard back about a week later telling me I could find the parts at Lowes and no mention of the lack of information on the product page or the delay in responding, etc. Overall, about a C + on the whole experience.
