"Great website, detailed information and good linking to required products. Telephone response was excellent, and shipping arrangements went smoothly. One quibble: description of the gas pack unit was not quite accurate. Since the manufacturer documents were right there, it was not a problem; however others might be confused.

"This is the second time I have dealt with Alpine Home Air and once again communication is the problem. I have not received an email or phone call regarding my order in a week. Once again, I had to call to be told that the coil was on backorder and I would receive a "generic" email stating that it was on backorder. 3 days later and no email!!! Can't review product because have not received them yet. This may be the last time I deal with this company. Hopefully I will either get my products or my money back. Looks like I need to call and find out whats going on!"

"After being told i needed an air handler at a cost of 3,000.00 - due to a bad expansion valve that was no longer available - I found the Danfoss universal valve at alpine home air products - ordering was easy - overnight shipping was reasonable and I had the valve next day at a cost of 95.00 "

"Cancelled order due to item not being stock. It would have been more convienient if it was indicated on the sales page that it was out of stock. I could not wait for the item and would not have ordered it had I known. Other then that they were pleasant and helpful to work with and promptly cancelled order"

"Excellent except the shipper RL has a little trouble picking up the phone. Did not call 30 min before delivery and the only way I found out the shipment was in town was by looking at the tracking web page and it said I needed to contact customer service. The tracking page still said the shipment was in Dallas. I assume you gave them my phone number because it was on the shipping receipt. I will buy from you again. One spring clip is missing from the door on the furnace. System is installed and works well."

"Excellent. I placed an order on Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. The shipment was in good shape and the driver was more than willing to let me take all the time I wanted inspecting the shipment before I signed. Prior to placing my order I called Alpine with several questions about sizing and placement. All of my questions were answered and we put an order into the system while I was on the phone. I'll definitely recommend Alpine to anyone looking for HVAC supplies and parts. "

"It was a nightmare during the installation. According to the instruction, the fan blade assembly should be turned over from shipping position to operating position and the fan hub should be flush with the end of the motor shaft. To my surprise after I did it, I found the lower edges (leading edges when turning) of the fan blades touch the wire inlet box of the motor (about 0.5 inch overlap). So I had to bend down the edge of the wire box (with its cover off and threw it away) to clear the turning fan blades. Does anybody who designed this thing know about this?"
