"This was the second time I ordered from Always Brillliant.com. I especially like their granite cleaner. This order included some items for covering up furniture scratches. They have a very good product line in general that are very hight quality and work very well. Additionally the company is fantastic in their customer service. In this particular order the sprayer handle on the granite cleaner was broken in shipment and they immediately sent out a brand new bottle and sprayer. Same thing with the cap on the scratch remover I bought. The cap wouldn't come off. AlwaysBrilliant.com sent out a new replacement - no questions asked. I highly recommend the company. Five stars!"

However, there isn't much room to write a gift note -- and the gift note didn't always arrive with the gift. Also, they didn't have all the items ordered, so it was kind of annoying. "
"I am disgusted with this store. I made a purchase a month ago. Both items then became back ordered and the store continually changed the expected shipping date on a daily basis. After much time, I finally received the first of 2 items. I still have yet to receive the second. I sent 2 emails to the company that have still been unanswered. And, I checked the status of my order today only to find out it has been discontinued after a month of waiting. They still have not responded back to me in regards to the status of my order! "Ordered 11 items all showed in stock at time of order. Was emailed conformation of order promptly through Google checkout showing 9 items were back ordered. Items (2) were promptly shipped and billed correctly. No way to communicate with them to find out if they will finish shipping the order. The items never did show out of stock on the site. I did receive a email saying the back ordered items would be expected in (no date) and the products were listed in stock on the email. I did receive the rest of the order later. The lack of a phone number and automatic email's were less than helpful but they have to achieve those fantastic prices somehow. I would order here again."
"I purchased a mold cleaner (EcoDiscoveries MoldZyme concentrate, 4oz) at the lowest price in the web, with free shipping. It was 25% cheaper than any site, even before factoring shipping charges.)
I sent an email to their customer support requesting information on availability before buying the unit. I received confirmation with one day that it was available indicating that they had four units in stock. (One day is exactly the reponse turn-around time they advertize on their site.)
Then I sent a directed email (the previous one was off their web form, and anonymous) to the customer rep, requesting information on the 8oz concentrate (2X the capacity of the one I had planned on ordering).
As this email was directed, she replied within minutes informing me that they did not have it (it was not listed on their web site) but the 32oz unit (8X the concentration) had been available but they were out of stock.
Long story short. I ordered the concentrate without hesitation, received two emails (one from them, and one from Google market) confirming the order, followed later by another set of two emails indicating that the order had been shipped via USPS (free of charge).
As USPS does not have real-time tracking, I had just to wait for arrival. It arrived within two days of placing the order. Perfectly.
As an unexpected bonus, on the invoice, I got a special $5 discount code, with expiration to August, for any purchase above $30.
I turned immediately, and bought a second Mold remediation cleaner for backup, which I will be receiving shortly.
Bottom line: simply outstanding.
I would buy from them without a hitch. But I would always check stock before ordering to avoid unpleasant backorder surprises. This should be a common operating procedure, not only before buying on this site, but for any site."
"I WILL NEVER order from AlwaysBrillant again even though the product is fine. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ATROCIOUS! I needed to communicate several times, because the product was BO'd. The means to communicate were CLUNKY/DIFFICULT AND TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY! I asked multiple times for a phone number as they wanted to split my order and wanted my credit card information a second time; which I did not feel comfortable sending in just a 'communication' rather than a secure website! The WHOLE PROCESS WAS A NIGHTMARE...NEVER AGAIN!
