I would have been better off just tossing the item in the garbage. Unscrupulous merchant selling crappy merchandise."

"I ordered a set of ten bath tub appliques from alwaysbrilliant.com. I picked these appliques because on the alwaysbrilliant product page the stated, "Stick without adhesive. Easy to lift, move, reposition." The very first thing I noticed when I received the product was that the appliques had adhesive. I peeled off the backing and applied the appliques to my tub. After one bath, one of the appliques were coming unstuck. The $4.00 "Walgreen's" appliques I had lasted months before they started to come up. AlwaysBrilliant.com also cited a "Lifetime Guarantee" on their product page. I contacted AlwaysBrilliant through their Email form requesting a refund and pointing out the inaccuracies on their product page. AlwaysBrilliant.com did not respond. I trusted Google that they researched the companies they have on their shopping page. I feel AlwayBrilliant should correct the fraudulent statements on their website, and be removed from the Google shopping experience. I also feel the name AlwaysBrilliant is a misnomer. When you wrap false advertising up with Customer No-Service you have a company you must avoid."

"There seems to be a glitch between Google checkout and this Co. I placed my order on 2/4/9 and got a receipt from Google checkout that it was paid with my credit card. I also got an email form AlwaysBrilliant confirming my order. After not hearing anything more for a week I emailed to find the status. They replied that it hadn't been paid for. I faxed my receipt a proof and they said that wasn't good enough!! I cancelled the order and replaced it with a new order. Got the same receipts and emails which also confirmed the shipping address as different than the billing address. Well, they shipped my item, but to the wrong address. As it was a gift I had to resend it at a cost of $8.50. The product is good, but the process of ordering and shipping is terrible."
