"It took me 45 minutes to order three frames online. What a frustrating experience. When a person orders a frame couldn't something pop up and ask if you also want plexiglass or backing board, etc., without having to go to each site individually and put in the measurements each time??

At one time during the process a package was put into my cart that had no relation at all to anything I had input, and then I lost the sign-up information I had input and had to redo it all.
