"the website is somewhat cumbersome. I would prefer to simply order the frame and not go back and forth deleting all the extras. If I WANT the mat, backing, glazing, and so on, I'd rather order them. Having them automatically part of the first step of the order process seems to be sneaking those extra purchases in through the back door. Also, it never seems like frames are organized in a logical fashion, by size, type, color, etc. Maybe it's just me. I ordered from FrameFit for years and from Dick Blick all the time. Things are SO easy and straightforward. All the frames of one style were together. It was easy to compare colors and change sizes. And you got what you ordered: FRAMES. If you wanted to add the glazing or a mat, you ordered that. It wasn't included requiring 2-3 extra steps to remove."
