It had thick interior cardboard seperating the components and the outside of the box. The interior was strapped together tightly on multiple dimensions to keep it in tack. Shipping damage was my primary concern and they passed that test without question. I'll return for future orders. I also had a question which I submitted by e-mail. They got back to me in a day and a half! Many companies don't seem to even monitor their e-mail. "
