"What I mean is when you're in business for yourself you run into many different people and additudes. I've been in business for myself most of my life. You run into alotta different folks. Some really nice people that are looking for the right thing and sometimes it doesn't fit. Ohter times it is someone trying to take advantage of you. The biggest thing I've learned is you can't treat other people down the line who are honest and are doing the right thing at the right time. Someone returns you a box of rocks it isn't my fault. The return PROCEDURE you have is punishing me and any of the next customers down the road. I know they're **** out there that want nothing better than to try and screw money out of anyone they can trick into it. THAT WASN'T ME. I like fixing my truck up. You have alotta products. You may not have meant to make me feel that way but you did ask how I felt."
"Unfortunately, my product arrived damaged, and customer support tried to claim that it's because my truck may not be factory dual, despite having paperwork and pictures proving otherwise. It doesn't make sense because I just pulled it out of the box, and the extension wouldn't slide into the Y pipe. I will be requesting a replacement and seeing if that resolves the problem. I'll update once it's resolved."

"I ordered a set of headlights and they showed up in a timely manner. Upon installation the product did not fit. Hey stuff happens. So I reached out to this company to return this product and days turned into weeks. Several emails and still no response. Called customer care and was told someone would contact me. Still nothing. So don't order unless you expect your product to be wrong and get no return. Any one need a set of lights??? Ugh!"
