Because i already thought of a lot of reasons why to return the bed before i called to return and i already did my research before on it and it wasnt like i wasnt knowledgable. U guys were just trying to sell, but me as a customer, i jus wanted what was best for my life, and they jus made it difficult. Trying to convince me wasnt working, jus aggravated me. They think u gotta get used to the bed because their back will do fine on any bed, they dnt kno what its like to wake up with pain, i been suffering with pain for years, i got way more experience than ur employees, i kno what bed works best, they can sleep on any bed no problem, whether its soft or firm. me i need a specific bed because i wake up with pain, so dnt make it difficult for me. But i was able to get the refund. Maybe i should of asked the right questions and said something different when i called. But thanks for the refund."

To change from a queen to a king bed and we seemed comfortable on this type mattress. When we returned home I researched and decided on the Amerisleep AS3 and ordered one and bought a platform bed. We had slept on Sleep Number for 16 years and decided to move it to another room and try the new setup. I suggest when opening the mattress that you have it in position because when you “release the Kracken” there is not stopping it until it settles down. We have slept well and even the Chihuahua seems to like it. I have kept the Dual Temp pad by Sleep Number on my side because I like the cool air flow. All in all we are most satisfied and have recommended it to several friends.
