We do like the memory foam but thought it would be a little more soft while sleeping. The service/delivery was great so far. "Service was bad. Very little communication. The mattress was delayed so they said they would gift me pillows. Those did not show up when the mattress did, and they could not seem to tell me when it was showing up, I almost missed them because they told me 1 hour before it showed up at the house. The pillows stink like chemicals and gave me a headache so I washed the pillow cover and it shrunk down making the pillow way too hard. Over all the really need to get communication better and meet deadlines. The mattress ended up showing up so late that no one was home that day so I had them deliver it to a FEDEX store, it was a treat getting it home in my sedan, I had to take it out of the box. Over all a MEH experience and nice mattress. "
