"The customer service person I had first told me that I would not be charged for the merchandise until it was shipped and that would be the end of July. I agreed and then a litte while later she corrected herself and said that it would go out on July 5,2014. I was not to happy but was ok with it. Then about an hour later a young man calls and tells me that it will be the end of July. Well between the two calls I found on my bank's website that Amsterdam already put through my payment before the order was even processed or shipped. This is against corporate policy. I want it reversed and wait unit it is actually shipped but I am getting no where because no one can understand that it is not a credit card but a debit card"

"There's a very personal reason that I order the pens that I do. I love them. They're good quality. I love the design and the color as well as the vivid blue gel ink... Customer service is usually very good to excellent. The only downside is the cost even when you can get a special offer to get a good price, because the shipping cost is determined by weight. It gets very pricey. For shipping... I would recommend trying to make some sort of flat shipping price available."
