"The customer service person I had first told me that I would not be charged for the merchandise until it was shipped and that would be the end of July. I agreed and then a litte while later she corrected herself and said that it would go out on July 5,2014. I was not to happy but was ok with it. Then about an hour later a young man calls and tells me that it will be the end of July. Well between the two calls I found on my bank's website that Amsterdam already put through my payment before the order was even processed or shipped. This is against corporate policy. I want it reversed and wait unit it is actually shipped but I am getting no where because no one can understand that it is not a credit card but a debit card"
