"I have not ordered from here before but I liked the measuring tape they offered. After 5 weeks, I still had not received my order nor received an update. When I called the first time, the customer service rep could not find my order. He called the shipping department who could not give him any information. I was promised an email by the end of the day with an update. I called the next day again because no one emailed. Once again, my order could not be found. After some searching, it was discovered my order was ready to ship but no other information could be provided. In one day it went from not being found to ready to ship. Six days later, it arrived. Almost too late to give to our clients."

"Our company orders the wall calendars every year and they are always a hit with our customers!! We didn't get them ordered in time in 2020 and several customers said they missed getting them.

The only issue I had this year was the envelopes were not delivered but customer service was great and reshipped them within a couple of days."

"We ordered the spiral calendars this year. Very cute, good quality and printing. But the boxes they were packed in had no cushioning, therefore the spirals were smushed and bent out of shape, as well as the corners of the calendars. we were able to make them presentable enough for the free giveaway that they are, but we feel as if they definitely need to come up with a way to ensure this doesn't happen with the rough handling of the carriers."

"Months and months went by, (order placed 08/16) with phone call after phone call trying to get me to switch my product, not once did anyone say we print extra and charge you for them. But when you get the bill and complain that you are over charged and got more then you ordered. Then I am the one that should have known that is procedure. First box we have had many not even write and we just have to throw them away. Little dissapointed with the prodduct and service. Had high expectations of your company."

"Many of the front cover of our notebooks were damaged. It appears that the notebook covers were wet when they were packaged, and parts of the front cover pealed or came off. Therefore, they cannot be used for marketing. :("

"After two attempts to get my order right, I'm out of time and giving up. The first delivery had a color match problem. The pen was one shade of blue and the slitter was another. Working with customer service, they put in a second, rush order in black. When these arrived, the colors matched OK, but the engraving on the pen was left to right and on the slitter, it was right to left.
I'm happy with the quality and value of the product, but the production process has NO quality control!"
