"Ordered these in the beginning of march March and it was supposed to be 10 business days. Followed up with them at the 10 day mark and they hadn't even started production. This continued for a half a dozen deadlines - they would promise a date and then the day came and went. They were apologetic but our event came and went without the products. Meanwhile their marketing department is in full swing churning out at least 50 emails at this point trying to get me to buy more stuff. They eventually gave the order for free as they recognized their complete failure over and over though that didn't happen until I wrote a BBB review. "
"Our clients love this pen- especially the bright shiny orange color. The instrument writes well, has nice ridges of padding for your fingers and the stylus tip. We've re-ordered for several years. Although we've found other pens we like, this is truly our staple order.

I called to question the "Slogan Fee" that had been added to my on-line order. Not only did Chantal remove the charge from my saved project she explained how to insure it was not added back when I turned the project into an order. In addition, she assisted me with creating my account and verifying it. Being assisted by Chantal was absolutely the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time."
