Have of them have issues like the spring is worn out so they do not retract completely and they also have an issue with the ink. It is almost like the roller ball gets stuck and the ink will not come out. I really liked the first order that we received without any issues. This one however has me looking at other companies as an option, we paid a lot of money for half of them to not work. "
