"The delivery package was atrocious. 1050 pens (I only ordered 1000, so I was compensated for the breakage) were poured loose into a box that they barely fit into. I'm not kidding - There was a two to three inch section of the bottom that had no cardboard - just tape.
I expected pens inside boxes inside the outer shipment box. Nothing fancy.
We're still trying to figure out how to distribute 1000 loose pens. Rubber banded??? Yuck!
The pens do tend to come apart easily, mostly the push buttons either spring or simply fall off.
So why four stars? The pens look very good and the printing on them is better than just satisfactory. "

"After first receiving a sample pen via mail, the online order was seamless. The product code for the pen took me directly to the specific pen I was seeking to purchase. Unlike some competitors, there were several pen color choices, choice of blue or black ink, and enough space to write a message of 4-5 lines...ALL FOR THE SAME LOW PRICE!!!
