"Overall im happy with how my pens came out though I have notices that there are a few with printing errors, and smudges. Also its hard to tell when you are designing them but I recommend leaning on the larger side when it come to the font. Mine looked Okay in the preview, but it small and hard to read on the pen. "

"These pens look great, but some of them do not write, as well as the top/spring becomes disassembled very quickly due to friction/use. I have personally tightened each one, tested each pen, and even stored correctly/upright. It's disappointing when a customer goes to write a check out, and the brand new pen does not work or pops apart upon use.
If you are literally just using this pen as a giveaway, the price point is great, otherwise if you want to present them to fill out forms or write checks/notes, the engineers need to re-evaluate tolerances of the components that come together to not just make it look great, but work great! "

"Our clients love these pens! Eyes glitter when I say "Please, help yourself to a pen." They look so fancy, and what's more, the Briarwood pens are good quality. The weight of the barrel and smooth ink make for a pleasurable writing experience. Bonus points for the stylus end being at the TOP of the barrel, rather than where you write. We've bought these several times and have to bump up our quantity each time. Those who have grabbed the pens before want more, and those who haven't "have heard what great pens you give out." "Received the pens. Letters were missing from the website address. Replaced pens were given, were supposed to be expressed shippped to arrive on Sat June 2, for an event on June 3th. Never received them because THEY WERE NOT SHIPPED OUT UNTIL JUNE 4 and were received on June 5th. Called to complain and was given a discount of $11.81 which I consider an insult.
