Company offered to reprint bags, this time with dark imprint on white bags. I haven't received the replacements yet, but I'm hopeful as the sales person is working on it. "

I then tried the online chat which started but never got a response. However..... the next day, when I called to complain as I was considering cancelling my order I learned that they shut down early that day as their office was in an area that had severe weather. The person on the phone was very cheerful in his explanation and checked on my order progress. It turns out I had to approve a final edit and I never saw the requirement but he explained my options and after I chose then boom, progress continued.
