"I ordered some case fans from antarespro because they were cheaper than elsewhere. However, the next day I received the following e-mail:
"Dear AntaresPro.com Shopper,
Your order status has been changed to: Canceled
The item(s) you ordered were on backorder. However, we are required to cancel your order as we are not able to maintain a backorder for this item. "
Now, when I ordered them, they definitely said "in stock". I went back and checked, and the website *still* had them listed as "in stock". Don't waste your time with this company - they might be cheap, but you won't know if they're actually selling what they list.

"I ordered some aftershave from this site. After placing my order, I was sent an email saying that my order has been placed on hold. I called and spoke with a representative and the reason was because my "shipping" address wasn't authorized...as in it wasn't on my bank account. I always thought as long as your billing address is on your bank account you'd be ok. I get that's not so with this company. Neeedless to say, I had the item shipped directly to my home instead of my job. Maybe that was a plus...still not sure. I was VERY excited that they even had the product I was looking for. I couldn't find it anywhere! My boyfriend was very happy to open his aftershave for Christmas. It smells great too...just like what he remembered from years ago."

The day they were supposed to ship the order (placed through Google Checkout) they sent me a message; Order Canceled "Customers Request" I guess that's how they list great deals that they can't afford like this:

Predictable and pathetic. Beware of their checkout phase, I was having problems using PayPal on their site and the website insisted that I provide my credit-card info straight to them. I can't believe they actually have a PayPal merchant account. Disgusting."
"Site was easy to use, part description was accurate, price was more than fair. Shipping was a bit more expensive than I would have liked. Order confirmatin and deliver tracking emails provided in a timely manner, and no problem with delivery at all. I had no issues and would shop AntaresPro again without hesitation."
"I was looking for a particular cable (mdr20) which I found on their site. I called early Monday morning to ensure that the cable was in stock and that if I ordered before 3pm it would arrive to me by Saturday of that same week. I was assured of both of these things. I went ahead and ordered the product. On Wednesday evening they emailed me telling me to call them because I would need to order an adapter along with the cable otherwise it wouldn't work. At the time I ordered , this was not listed on their site and I haven't checked to see if it is now. I called early thursday morning and explained I would need to cancel the order if it wasn't able to arrive by saturday. The woman i spoke with me said she would contact the manufacturer of the cable and get back to me. She never returned my call never emailed me. On friday night I got an email stating the email shipped and that the product would be non refundable.
I didn't appreciate that the customer service didn't follow up with me and just shipped the order off when I sent multiple emails and called them explaining the importance that I received this product on time. I explained if it was a problem I could have just ordered through amazon with free 2 day shipping as I have a prime account. "
" If your company makes a mistake and advertises, sells and ships the wrong item, when the customer calls to explain the situation the operator should be friendly, apologetic and quick to help right from square one. That is good customer service. Even if there is no quick fix for the situation, a friendly attitude can go a long way! Maybe you will have a better experience than the one I had."
