"Contacted AntaresPro (Freedom USA, Inc DBA) about faulty RAM that I had purchased within their posted return/exchange policy. Through both their websites contact instructions and Google Checkouts Customer Service. Never received a reply from either.

I would never purchase from this company again. I've never had such a ludicrous online shopping experience. After the shipping fees to get the faulty product replaced I should have just gone to a reputable website.

The owners of this website don't care 1 iota about their patrons.

Mushkin's Customer Service on the other had was a "5 Star" comparison and replied promptly to request and actually took care of their customer. "

"I would not recommend AntaresPro to anyone; this is not a company of efficiency or integrity. Two employees, one being a supervisor, gave me the complete run-around on a product that I ordered with 2nd day shipping. I received an invoice from them stating that the product would be delivered in 2 days, by either UPS or Fed Ex. There was also a tracking number on this invoice. This invoice was entirely incorrect. The tracking number was invalid and my item (which was small in size) was sent via a 3rd party company through a freight carrier. Although I was GUARANTEED shipping by the supervisor for a specific date, someone had sent the freight company an incorrect bill of lading, so the carrier could not release it. I was still dealing with trying to get my order a week after it was placed. When trying to get tracking info or find out who the 3rd party company was, AntaresPro was completely evasive. They promised me phone calls that were never placed. Come to find out, from the shipping carrier itself, that someone had submitted my 2nd day order via standard shipping, and with incorrect billing information. Dealing with AntaresPro was an unnecessary headache. I will not be using them for any future orders; my business will be going elsewhere. They do not value their customers. "
