I ordered from Misha who quoted me a great price (albeit without OS - my fault I didn't ask for one) so I ate the addtional 200.00 for XP. The machine arrived at the door very fast. Upon loading the OS, the sound card and fax modem were not operational. I had to call Support four times for help.(alot of we'll call you back in 30 minutes) Finally on the fourth call, Misha answered and helped get the problems fixed. (Not installed correectly). Misha has been great, he knows his stuff. The machine, now working correctly is awesome. Just be very cautious when buying from here, unless you are literate with the hardware and software don't do it. If you don't mind an adventure ask for Misha and you'll get the best of service in both the cost and the support you'll need."

"I had purchased 5 or more computers, barebones units and asorted parts. Every thing was going fine at the start good delivery,price and quality of work.
Then delivery got bad. Had to call on orders to get them shiped. (squeaking wheel gets the grease)
Then the Work quality went to pot. Units came in with wiring not connected to motherboard,Floppy drives misaligned(would not eject disk),Missing Motherboard manuals. One unit could not be shutoff and the diskscan and defrag would not work. keyboard was bad causing unit to restart when shutoff. Sent back for repair. There quote "REPAIR Person" said there was nothing wrong and they shipped the unit back. After doing some trouble shooting found the Hard drive was bad. Installed new drive. I ate the cost of new hard drive which I perchased locally. Best of all was the last order for a keyboard(USB), mouse(USB), and a set of speakers. After waiting for 3 weeks and receiving no package or confirmation email called to see what the trouble was.No one could help. Would have to call tomorrow.
Called the next day and was told the order was lost and they would get back to me in a bout 15 minutes. They DIDNOT return call. Called the next day and was told that they would ship order that day. CALLED a week later still no package.called to see what was wrong. said they would check it out and get back to me in a few minutes. NO return call. Called the next day and was told order was shipped. 5 days later received order. GUESS WHAT? You quessed it 2 of the 3 items were NOT correct. I guess I will eat them too. "

"I may have spoken too soon about this company..I recieved this order and I couldn't load anything to it..so I narrowed it down to either the motherboard or the processor as the culprit..I first sent the motherboard back to them after purchasing an upgraded motherboard..and after a little trouble I recieved credit on my credit card..When I got the new motherboard it had the same problem, so the processor was the problem..I sent the processor back Priority mail with a delivery confirmation..I did this on the 22nd of January..and go thte delivery confirmation that it was delivered on the 26th of January..I wrote and called AntaresPro to ask them to credit my card and they told me they never recieved the package..even though I sent the confirmation numbers from both the motherboard and the cpu..as of Tuesday Feb 3rd I heard nothing from them..as far as the credit..they still insist they didn't recieve the package..I called on feb 3rd and was told that they would have to talk to a supervisor, and it is Feb 5th and still have not heard from them..will update the progress if there is any...I will contact the BBB tomorrow if I don't hear anything..Beware!
Update! I emailed the salesman and told him of my problems, and that I would have to contact a lawyer and I was going to contact the BBB...and his answer was "Good luck to you Paul"..This is the guy from whom I have purchased numerous PC's and other parts from..Buying from them and quality of product, and support are not a problem...but returning anything to them is a nightmare...Hope you get a system with nothing wrong with it...I would not recommend them to anyone.. If I had read their reviews, I would have never bought anything from them...because this seems to be their way of doing business.."
