"the quality of the bags I purchased were not worth the price, it was really cheap quality and the finish was not right, I sent pictures to Raquel our representative since I couldn't return the product, we were leaving in a cruise and needed the bags for our clients. We only got 10% back after we had placed so many orders with you, we won't be buying from you anymore. Very disappointed

"The products came in today and there were some blemishes with the logo and in once case there was white ink on the back of one of the items. Other than this, they did look good and the way Natalie worked with me was outstanding. She allowed me to split the order with two logos and two colors for a reasonable fee. "
