"My name is Shilpa and I recently ordered two items from anypromo.com, flyers and grocery bags. We had an issue with the flyers where I was told the day the flyers were suppose to arrive that the "warehouse" had lost the order. This was on Thursday, April 24. I placed the order on the 14th with design approval on the 15th and with upgraded shipping to ensure delivery by the 24-25th with 3 day processing. Earlier in the week, I received notices about completion of my 2nd order, the grocery bags which were suppose to take longer for processing so I began to get nervous about the flyers and sent an email to Rosa about the status of the flyers. I did not hear anything until that Thursday when Rosa called me and said the order was misplaced somehow and wanted to know if Monday, 4/28 delivery would be ok. Unfortunately, we had an event for Saturday morning that we were using the flyers for so Monday delivery would not work. Rosa then said she would have to wait until Friday morning since at this time the new your warehouse was already closed for the day but said she would attempt Saturday delivery (would not arrive until 10:30am). Long story short, all day Friday, I spend numerous calls and emails trying to follow up and coordinate with Rosa on where the shipment could be sent for Saturday delivery. We ended up using a warehouse in Issaquah which is about 15 minutes away from us and where I needed to be at 9am. The last phone conversation I had with Rosa was that it was confirmed I would be receiving the flyers and that their would be a tracking number emailed to me later that night. The next day, I had to send my husband to pick up the flyers since our work address or home address were not valid for Saturday delivery and because I never received an email with a tracking number, the UPS store would not release the order to us. There was no name on the shipment so without the tracking number, which I didn't have, they would not release the shipment. After over 30 min of talking with the guy at the store, he finally believed us and could confirm the order contents and decided to give my husband the order. Additionally, we had to pay another $5 for the shipment. The flyers didn't end up arriving at the event until after 11:30 when half of the event was already over :(
I understand that mistakes happen but this whole scenario seems to be riddled with mistakes that made a huge impact on our satisfaction with the company's customer service. I do want to point out that Rosa was very helpful and pleasant to work with during this whole process, I could tell she was doing what she could to try to make this as right as possible but unfortunately, my company spent money on these items and in the end we were not able to use them as anticipated.
