"At first, the customer service was awful. But after a letter of concern was sent to this company, I have never been more satisfied. They apologized, and explained that my emails were sent to their spam folder. Now they are fast to respond to my emails and requests.
They even took an original design I created for a product and made it 100% better. That really surprised me that they took the time to do that. I will definitely be using them for all of my promotional items.
