I expected I could get a couple of free samples of the same item I ordered, but in different colors, so I could know for future orders if I wanted one of those other colors. But I was told I would have to pay shipping, even AFTER I placed an order, even though the intention was they could just send the other colors along with the order I had paid for (I ordered green, wanted to sample the blue and pink) I had to cancel the order for samples because I didn't want to pay additional shipping.
The prices were good, the timeliness was good, but I probably wouldn't use them again unless the customer service improved. The other "promotional goods" online stores (and I've talked to MANY) all had friendlier and more accommodating phone and chat representatives, more accommodating free sample policies."
