we will charge you another setup $35 and a .16 x 500 pieces for a second color "run charge" for a second color because you want a red boomerang .none of which was listed in the QUOTE. The actual product was printed on flimsy white card stock. An employee argued with me saying I did not read "plastic" on the specificatons page. I pointed these things out to "Angel" in an email so she called me to lecture me on how to be polite."

"We were on a deadline for an event. The sales rep I spoke to was supposed to provide me with estimates by a specific date. I did not receive them. I then called to find out what was going on, and the rep I talked to took over the order. At this time we lost 1 week. I submitted the estimates to our purchasing department to get a PO created. There was a change made to the estimate, but it was not reflected on paper. I requested a revised copy of the estimate and waited....once I got it and was able to proceed with the order, we were 2 weeks out from the event. Then I was told that we would not have enough time to order and receive our products by the requested date. The artwork was submitted prior to the PO. I then waited for a digital proof. As soon as I received it, it was approved and returned. Then, the rep told me that we would not get the items until 5 days into our event. If I got everything to them, it would go into production the next day (Thursday). Otherwise it would be submitted and would not go into production until the following Monday. Then, she indicated that it still would take 2 weeks to get the items. If something "goes into production" that means it is being printed/created, etc. There is no way it would take 2 weeks to print them. I asked what could be done to expedite the order...no offers or assurances from the rep that there was anything that could be done. Then she said that if WE paid the extra shipping costs, we could have the items overnighted to us. The order was late to begin with because our original sales rep failed to do her job and put us behind an entire week. It took arguing and consultation with a manager multiple times to get AnyPromo to pay for the expedited shipping and to take responsibility for its employee's failure to do her job. While the prices were great and the products turned out great too, the entire experience was unacceptable. I'm not sure that we will be returning as a customer as a result."
