The only negative of our experience was the obscurity of the delivery date. While the website said the products could be delivered by a certain date, we received notification that they would actually be delivered at a later time, and as time progressed, the delivery date kept getting pushed back. As the products we ordered were for a particular event (and we weren't sure how they would turn out), we were worried that we wouldn't get the products in time.
