Our dryer was shipped without a SN sticker and the warranty company couldn’t process a repair order for it. Khalid worked for us to track down the serial number and provided quick communications to resolve the issue. The warranty company then has responded well too. We’ve received good customer service despite Electrolux poor QA."
"So far, checkout was a simple process. A fine price on a hard to find fridge and ok delivery terms with an ok, if nebulous, timeline. Add on warranty pricing was fair. Documentation about delivery expectations seemed solid and explicit without being overwhelming.
However we've got some other real process and technical issues: there was no real indication that I needed to fill out a delivery survey. If I hadn't checked my account the next day I would still be waiting. This needs to be more explicit.
I didn't sign up for newsletter emails, but I'm getting them. And my antivirus shows the unsubscribe link as risky, so that's a nasty little rock-come-hardplace. Oh, and I accidentally used an unintended email address to sign up--guess what? You can't change this in your profile, so my usually pristine primary inbox is now going to be chockablock with AppCon junkmail that I can't stop or risk a virus.
Kind of Mickey Mouse on the whole. We'll see how delivery goes.

The secret here is there's no second asterisk in the email telling you what that first asterisk actually means, so I'm guessing this offer is going to be yanked out from under me on some technicality that wasn't listed.
