Delivery took a couple weeks because they didn't have my dishwasher in stock at first, but when I called they provided me with a clear update and expected timeline. It's easy to call and talk to customer service without navigating a long automated menu.

I ordered a dishwasher hookup kit. It was missing 2 wire caps - that may have just been a delivery problem. Replacement caps cost 10 cents so it was merely an inconvenience; otherwise my experience was quite pleasant."

"I mistakenly ordered 2 AC units that turned out would not fit in the wall opening I had prepared. The order was cancelled but not in time to avoid a shipping penalty. However, the customer service rep (Vico) was able to create a new order with different AC units that would fit and he removed the penalty fee altogether. There was a difference in price between the orders which he was able to quickly credit back to my account.

All in all, a very pleasant and professional service plus the pricing as well as the available options (haul away service, white glove service, etc.) was well worth placing the order with Appliances Connection."
