"Well I don't do reviews as a practice, But Brooklyn can be proud of this company. I ordered a microwave on July 5th from a local west coast business. After a week it arrived damaged. OK, it happens. The second one was shipped to the retailer and I have to wait a week for it to be installed. This one was also damaged!!
I went on line and found AppliancesConnection. Great move on my part! I ordered the microwave and it was shipped in a timely manor. Do to one of the largest forest fire in California FedEX could not deliver this item for about a week. I contacted Richard (in Claims) who went above and beyond expected. He contacted FedEx and got the upper management involved. Richard was in contact with me almost daily and went out of his way to insure me I was covered by this Company!!
