"During the past 2 years while we've built our new home, I have frequently scoured the internet researching the best quality appliances for our needs and budget, reading reviews and comparing prices. Appliance connection always came out on top. When the time came to purchase all the appliances for our new kitchen, I was apprehensive to say the least. We built our new home in the mountains of WV in a remote town, population 99. It was hard to believe that a company in Brooklyn NY would honor "free delivery" in our remote area. Our sales rep Alex offered us prices that no company could match on all the appliances and the extended warranties. He was patient and polite even when we changed our mind...again. We asked for "white glove" service since we are older and could never carry the refrigerator and range into the house. Alex made it happen. When the local carrier who was hired to deliver our appliances said they would only offer "curb side" delivery, we made one call to Alex who connected us to Mahogany. She contacted a "local" moving company (90 minutes from where we live) and arranged to have the movers arrive when carrier arrived (3 weeks earlier than expected). They unpacked and carried everything into the kitchen. We found a large dent in one of the 4 refrigerator doors. We called to ask how to handle it. Mahogany told us to go ahead and use the refrigerator and she would order the new door and send someone out to replace it. I have no doubt, based on our experience to date, that she will ensure that happens to our satisfaction. Also a "shout out" to Leo who intercepted a call when Mahogany was on another line. Everyone has been courteous, professional and eager to satisfy. We recommend Appliance connection without reservation and will absolutely turn to them when it's time for the next round of appliance (washer/dryer, sauna for our gym and grill for the outdoor kitchen). "I've purchased from A/C before and the process is very efficient because the people I've worked with are knowledgeable and great to work with. It sometimes take a bit longer than expected to get confirmation on the delivery and installation process - hence requiring me to call and ask for an estimated time of arrival.
That said...I'll keep using them because their prices and selection are unbeatable.

"AppCon gets points for having beautiful appliances and a responsive customer service team. However, dealing with them took a ton of money and time that I didn't anticipate having to spend.

I purchased a beautiful Italian range from Appliances Connection. After three attempts at installation with their "Expert Installation" service they were unable to install the appliance in my home.

-on the first visit, the legs for the oven were defective. It took over a month to replace them.

-on the second visit I was told my electrical hookup was incorrect and that the gas hose I had would not fit. They also told me the regulator included with the oven was not necessary. The installers were not only unsuccessful, but failed to turn back on the electricity that they turned off and a bunch of food in my fridge was spoiled as a result.

Following this visit I called in an electrician and appliance specialist at my own cost and was told on both counts that the installers had been incorrect, that everything was in order on my end. Annoyed, I called AppCon again.
-On the third visit, I ordered an extra gas hose just to be sure that I had all of the right supplies. The installers came this time and didn't seem to realize they were there to install, they just thought they were delivering the hose. They excused themselves to call their supervisor and just never came back. Rude, and my oven still didn't work!

Finally, I called in a local appliance installer. He was able to install the range quickly, but it wasn't cheap - over $400. AppCon had indicated they would assist with the installation costs but their refund was only a fraction of what I ended up having to pay.

Had I known the trouble and cost that I would experience with AppCon's expert installation, I never would have purchased my appliance from them.

My suggestion is to choose an appliance seller that truly understands their appliances and how to install them. "

"Ordered a fisher Paykel fridge. Was delivered successfully to my home at the expected time and so far the device is working great. Fingers crossed it stays that way! We have had the fridge about two weeks now. Ps I was skeptical about appliances connection at first since I had never heard of them, but ordering here saved us a lot of time and stress and they were one of the few to carry the fridge we wanted and so far the experience has been very good.
