"This was due to no fault of AquaScience. FedEx kept listing the shipment delayed for almost a week, due to weather. There was no weather. AquaScience tried to contact FedEx to allow us to pick up from the location and they wouldn’t let us. I have been told we will receive a shipping label to return the product if it ever does show up.
