"After almost 10 years of service, Aramark now provides nothing but disservice.
Uniforms come back ripped or not at all, after being tagged multiple times.
A supervisor came to our location and I personally handed him a ripped shirt, it still came back ripped.
After completely removing the ripped sleeve, the shirt came back clean with one sleeve missing.
Our logo mats were purchased yet they still continued to charge rental fees.
This was resolved after months of follow up.
Logo mats sent out for cleaning would not come back for months.
Price gouging on safety nitrile gloves, even after covid supply and demand was no longer an issue. Even representatives from the company recommended shopping on Amazon.
Now, after cancelling the service, they are trying to claim breach of contract and demand over $11,000.00 for an account that serviced less than a dozen workers and 3 floor mats.
Now a very rude collections company (CFRM) is harassing my staff.
I will take any and all legal action against Aramark and be sure that anyone that will listen, knows what a bad service this is and to beware."

He agreed (btw is no longer with the company) and now everything we discussed is NOT being honored by Aramark. Management is rude and useless. The product and customer service are beyond sub par. Sometimes twice a month. The worst part is I can't even canceled that crap. I can't even remember how many times I put a request to cancel but the manager is supposed to call me back but nothing. "I used this company for shop towels and soap for several years. I was a very loyal customer and paid all bills on time. After one year of Covid my business suffered from lack of employees. I choose to shut my doors at that location. I received a bill after closing the location and was billed for services after closing. I called the local office of Aramark and was treated with disrespect by the manager there. I then tried to call the corporate office to speak to someone. I called several times and was told a manager would contact me. I never received a call to discuss why I was charged for services on dates no one was in building. I then received a call from a collection agency and paid the bill to avoid any other issues. These people charged me for services that was not rendered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A JOKE!

"Probably the least reliable and poorly run vendor we have worked with. Do not contract them. They don't show up, don't deliver, don't return calls and then charge you because you are contracted to pay weekly regardless if they show up or not. Atrocious partner. "
"Would anyone like to start a class action lawsuit against them? I have been trying to cancel my service with them (I bought a business last year and was unaware of a contract signed five years prior by the previous owner, which auto renews for 60 month terms and they are trying to hold me to-- despite being told I was NOT under contract by one of their salespeople). They are going to send me a letter of breach with termination damages. I spoke to a lawyer friend who said at that point I could counter sue and hire a class action lawyer (he said the best were in Texas). So that's my plan! I know from internet research there are thousands of unhappy, screwed over small business owners that they have done similar things to.
On top of it, they rope you into these service agreements and then do a crappy job of supplying what they are supposed to, as they will get paid no matter what. We had rag service and they would come in wet and dirty. "
"AUS signed us up but has been very poor at keeping their commitments. I have been told several times I would be contacted to have our problems resolved by management and have never heard. I wish I had never signed up. "

"Aramark was attentive when selling you their business. Once you sign the contract, everything goes downhill fast as you deal with Aramark's Operations Team.
It took 2 months for our 15 employees to be measured. The uniforms came in with more than half either not fitting correctly or being out of stock where they had to choose a different cut.
After 18 months only 6 people were left on contract because Aramark couldn't/wouldn't fix the issue with the other employees. Aramark continued to bill us weekly for the wrong amount of employees for over a year. our Rep was horrible, and never returned calls. The Customer Service department was a joke.
The only time that we received attention is after we cancelled their contract as Aramark defaulted with timely responses and service. The Rep stopped coming to our location to service the uniforms months prior to us cancelling the contract. They called and EMailed demanded payment in full for the contract. I told them that they were in default of their contract, and showed them where on their contracted they defaulted. They still sent us to a Collections Agency that I am threatened to sue them and Aramark for violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act(FCRA).
Never use this crappy organization for anything! I will not pay them another dollar even though the company only owe them $2K. I already way overpaid for the service they provided in the 18 months I legitimately was under contract with them."

"If I could give this company a negative rating I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! My non-profit company had a contract with them and chose not to renew at the end of our term. We gave them written notice 9 months prior to the end of the contract. They continued to deliver and charge us after our contract ended, even though we reminded them that we were stopping service with them. They tricked a new employee into signing for things when they came to pick up all the unused items they had left during the time they continued to deliver after we requested the end to the service. They didn't leave anything on that visit, but they charged us for a delivery. We were told by the company that it was their error and they would remove the charges from our account. They did not and in fact, stopped returning our phone calls and emails. They turned our account over to a collection company and stated we were liable for charges for reasons that were not in the contract we signed with them. They refused to work with us. We ended up paying them for the fraudulent charges because it would have cost us more money to take them to court. AVOID ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES AT ALL COSTS!!!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are so many good companies to use but this is not one of them. They have horrible customer service. For the last year they have failed to do a delivery to our office. Once I finally found out that they had not been coming to switch out my mats I tried to get answers. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE CALLS. NOT ONE MANAGER CARES. They charged us $100 dollars a month for (2) rugs that never got changed. They wont let you out of our contract and when you try to do the right 60 day cancellation notice they threaten you with Legal Action. Please if you own a business in Rochester, NY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF MONEY. Just go buy the mat at Home Depot. Save your company $100 dollars a month."
