" Ordered a gable vent from the "in stock" menu that dropped down. Paid $35 extra for 3 day shipping. After I paid I was told it was not "in stock" and would have to wait. Item came and was the wrong size. AD had the same part # for 2 different size gable vents (12" X 12" rough opening shipped). I needed 12" X 24" rough opening.
No help from Customer Service.
I was impressed by the price. But what good is the wrong product (standard) that they won't make right. "

"My order was supposed to arrive the first couple of days in June when I needed it. I got an email that it would be delayed and not available until the end of the month. That wouldn't work so I tried to cancel. Another email said the refund was under consideration. I've not heard anything since [and it's June 9]. I need my refund and need that order cancelled because I replaced it through a different company. Very dissatisfied!!!"

"I found ordering from Architectural Depot to be easy and received my new mantle well packaged and ready for installation. The installation was quick and easy, but there weren't any instructions to mount the mantle.
I don't know that I would purchase again, as this is a foam mantle and it's not designed to hold anything but minimal weight, which I knew at the time of purchase. There was complete disclosure before I purchased the mantle.
So while I am pleased with the purchase, as the mantle looks good, I'm not sure I would buy another one. PG"

I went online and easily canceled the order and received full credit to my card. What a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use them again."

I called today to inquire about my order and I was told looks like a label was made but has not shipped. I was told that I would receive some update after the customer service rep called the company that was shipping my item. I still have not heard anything. I would never, never order from this company again! So, so disappointed. I would think that since the item has not shipped, as a means of great customer service, I would not be charged for shipping this item to me again but apparently customer service is not a priority for this company.
