Order was placed almost 3 weeks ago and credit card was charged immediately. Was informed yesterday, the weekend after shipment was scheduled, by automated phone call that shipment would be delayed a week. I understand things happen, but I would expect communication would be more efficient especially since I have already paid for the product.
