"Overall the experience was positive. The arch was delivered as expected and I was able to track shipment progress. The quality of the product was acceptable. Two boards were laminated together to give the ordered .75 inch thickness. The lamination had gaps in it and the board thickness was a nominal .75 inches but was thicker in some places where there was a gap in the lamination. When the job is finished it will not be noticeable for this project."
