"Another online company that claims everything is in stock and ready to ship. Not true, I placed my order and payed then got an email 2 days later saying the shipping will be in 3 weeks, not 2 days. I’m a professional buyer for film and TV art department and when we need something we generally need it immediately so when a company does this and then wastes 2 days of my shopping time it’s very frustrating and dishonest . That being said , they did give me a refund with no hassles. They just wasted 2 days of my time and **** over $1300 of company money for a week. I don’t like this business model for online shops and it is getting more and more common place. If you don’t have warehouses with your inventory in stock then don’t pretend you do…that’s all."

What I received was the "whole" post. After contacting customer service, I discussed the error, and also indicated that the items I received were actually better suited for my purpose and they were also substantially less expensive, so I asked for a refund of the difference, but wanted to keep the post sent in error. The representative, Kody sent an email requesting a picture of the products. Once he received those, he immediately credited my account. Also, I placed an order today for one additional item, and at checkout , was notified by a pop up, that I had $25 in "depot dollars", which was applied to my purchase! Happy Happy customer!
