They processed payment and shortly thereafter, I was informed that the item was not in stock and wasn't expected to ship anytime soon. I called Customer Service to determine what occurred in such a short amount of time. I was basically told that they don't know what is in inventory until an order is placed. One, I find this hard to believe, and two, I feel this is a deceptive selling practice. "
