" we recognize your phone number and we have shipped your merchandise April, 2020 and hang up. Problem was I only purchased merchandise Janurary 2023.
Had to finally get my bank involved to try and recover my funds. Magically, the floodgates opened and I finally got a shipping notice. Their shipping carrier demanded I take delivery in one day or storage charges would acrue.
